Marcus Bailey

Marcus Bailey has over 24 years of investment banking advisory experience across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and direct investing.

Prior to joining C&L Advisory, Marcus owned and operated his own investment banking advisory firm that completed over $1 billion of M&A engagements across healthcare, technology, education, property and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to running his own firm, Marcus was a Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance and PwC Corporate Finance, was a member of ANZ Capital’s Private Equity team and worked in the United Kingdom for a FTSE100 company.

Marcus has led and completed a significant number of engagements across his
24-year career.

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Adelaide University and has completed the Chartered Accountant’s CA Program.
